Try your bike and take it for a spin. If you don't feel comfortable or is not your size and the bike is in a new saleable condition (don't worry about dust on tyres) send it back for free.

How to return your bike?
1- Log in

The first step is to log in. On the My Account page you'll find a link in the menu called Returns Manager. Click on Add request button and introduce your order number and click on details.

2- Fill the form

A form will be loaded. Select the product that you want to return fill the form specifying the reason of the return. To make it easier and faster or us in case of damage, please give as much detail as possible of the problem or any feedback that you have.

Also make sure the correct pickup address is selected.

3- Shipping label and pickup

Once we receive the return request it can take from 24-72 business hours to get back to you by email with the return label. Attach this label to the package and we will schedule a pick up with our carrier.

4- Order refund

As soon as the shipment arrives we will let you know. Our customer support team will check the products and if everything is correct we will proceed the refund. Please note that the refund can take 2-5 working days. If one of the products is damaged or the data is different from the from we will contact you again.

Please note

- If the bike was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage, providing images, using the to the Support team email.

- Be careful when packaging the bike. We recommend using the default box and reuse all the foams and bubble plastic.

- Do you just want to change the bike? We cannot make a swap. We need to cancel the previous order and proceed the refund to the same payment method used. On the meanwhile of course you can place a new order with the desired bike and specifications.
