All prices shown on the list of our products include VAT. Concerning this tax, as a general rule within the European Union where it is in use, it will be a 21%. 2. Terms of Service
When you place an order via our website (www.finnacycles.com) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed, you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you. We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your “My Account” page.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time depends on if you make a normal or an express Delivery. We have three delivery systems, and depending on which you choose will take between two and five days. If you add several articles, the approximated delivery date will be the latest. The standard deliveries are generally carried out 3 days after making the purchase through the web, but these delivery terms are orientative, and in any case, a delay in the delivery with respect to the indicated terms will not give the customer the right to claim any compensation. The delivery terms are counted by working days.
In order to receive your order even faster, you can choose the Express Delivery during the process, and the delivery terms are counted by working days (Monday to Friday) and in case any stock or timing problem, we would proceed to inform you immediately and offer you a new delivery date. In case it were impossible to deliver the product, the purchase would be cancelled.
FinnaCycles customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each article in particular, so FinnaCycles will manage with the brand but is this who determine if approve it or no. The faults or the damage due to the wrong handling of the material as well as the general wear of the product is not included in the guarantee. The decrease in the functionality of the article, due to the limitation on their conception are also excluded from the guarantee.
5. Returning products
Finna Cycles offers the maximum quality and service guarantees, so we offer our clients the possibility to Return/change the products that have been bought On-line. For that, you must call to the phone number +34 968 663 832, where you will be informed of how to begin the returning process by postal service. Returning products must have its original seals and be properly packed.

finnacycles.com has the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications on the products, prices, offers and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. We try to offer you information without mistakes but, if at any time we made an error of this type on the prices shown and any customer had decided to buy a product based on our error, the customer has the right to cancel the order without being charged..

9. Find my order
You will be able to know the status of your order at any moment. For this you must enter “My Account” on the website, and once there click on the tab “Previous Orders”. There you can find all the information of your order and keep track of it.
